  • Search activity logs: NPIs searched, timestamps, and related usage details tied to your account (used for security, abuse prevention, enforcing limits, and improving the Service)

NPIs are generally public provider-identifying information, but your search history may still be sensitive. We treat it as user-associated usage data.

C. Cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics)

We use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • Essential functionality (authentication, session management)
  • Security (fraud/abuse prevention)
  • Analytics (understanding usage and improving the Service)
