Terms of Use

Last Updated: February 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of innetwork.credflow.ai and related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Credflow AI, Inc. ("Credflow," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) What the Service Does (and Does Not Do)

The Service allows you to search by provider National Provider Identifier ("NPI") and view whether the provider appears to be listed in certain payer/health plan directory sources, including via payer directory APIs and other sources aggregated in Credflow's payer data lake.

IMPORTANT: NOT A GUARANTEE OF "IN-NETWORK."

Results shown in the Service do not guarantee that a provider is "in-network," contracted, credentialed, covered, eligible for reimbursement, accepting patients, or otherwise participating in any plan. Directory data can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or outdated. You must independently verify network participation and coverage directly with the payer/plan or through official channels before making decisions.

No advice. The Service is for informational purposes only and is not legal, medical, billing, reimbursement, or regulatory advice.

2) Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

You may use the Service as an individual and/or on behalf of an organization. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and the entity.

3) Accounts, Sign-Up, and Usage Limits

Some features may require an account, and we may limit searches or features unless you sign up (or based on the tier of your account).

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information,
  • Keep your credentials secure,
  • Promptly notify us of unauthorized access,
  • Be responsible for activity under your account.

We may change search limits, feature availability, and tiers at any time.

4) Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may use the Service for internal research (including researching whether a provider(s) may participate in certain health plans), credentialing support, directory verification workflows, and similar operational uses, provided you do not violate the restrictions below.

5) Prohibited Activities (No Scraping / Automation)

You may not (and may not help others to):

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract any content, results, or data from the Service, including by bots, scripts, browser automation, headless tools, or similar automated means, except with our prior written permission.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, sign-up gates, or other restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, underlying methods, models, or system architecture of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product, dataset, or directory audit service without our prior written permission.

  • Interfere with the Service's operation or security, including introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

6) No PHI / Sensitive Data

Do not submit protected health information ("PHI") or patient-identifying data to the Service. The Service is not designed to receive or process PHI. For that reason, please do not enter patient names, dates of birth, insurance member IDs, or other personal health information.

7) Data Sources; Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party sources (including payer directory APIs and other public/private sources). We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Third-party services used in connection with the Service may be subject to their own terms and policies.
